Little bit of this and that

This is my grandma and the girls great grandma. They love her to pieces, as do I. Remember the grandma who told me to call Mayo, the one who is so tiny, but you do what she says, anyway? This is her. Oh, and I think I need to teach Karis to sit like a lady. :-)
The new favorite thing to do around here is vacuum around the corners. She was positive that the garbage can was one of these corners. :-) Hummm.... we didn't see eye to eye on that one.

It has been such a help to me, though, as you know what state my corners can get into.

Yes, she misses some spots, but you know what? They are few and far between.

Hopefully this isn't considered child labor. I promise we don't pay her, and she always begs to be allowed to do it. :-) I wonder how long this phase will last? Hopefully for a very long time, like the next 12 years, at least.

This is her new favorite outfit. She puts the veil on then comes up and begs for recognition. I love her shy little look when we do stop to say how beautiful she is, chocolate on the face and all. :-)
She also loves to draw. I find her often laying on the floor with pen and paper. We also have a lot of new markings on the coffee table, dishwasher, cupboards, and even one on the floor. I keep telling myself that this too shall pass and praise the Lord for the Magic Eraser.
